Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in health insurance
• Experience across multiple health insurance functions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to diverse audiences
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Client-facing capability
• Technology-savvy and experience with digital transformation
• Nice-to-have: CII Certificate in Insurance or equivalent
• Experience with global health insurance products
