Overview

ISN Corporation is seeking Behavioral Health Subject Matter Experts to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in evaluating and improving behavioral health care in detention facilities.

In Short

• Review health care facilities for compliance with national standards.
• Conduct assessments of ICE detention facilities.
• Prepare detailed reports on behavioral health issues.
• Provide recommendations for compliance improvements.
• Offer real-time technical assistance to facility personnel.
• Evaluate compliance with standards on sexual assault prevention.
• Consult on various behavioral health areas.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Travel nationwide for onsite investigations.
• Must possess a DHS clearance or ability to obtain one.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in behavioral health care in custodial settings.
• 5 years of specialized experience in health care administration for detained populations.
• Experience inspecting facilities for compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in data trend analysis for risk reduction.
• Current licensed Behavioral Health Professional.
