Overview

ISN is actively seeking Environmental Health and Safety Subject Matter Experts to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Directorate Division.

In Short

• Conduct assessments of ICE detention facilities.
• Review, evaluate, and prepare detailed reports on environmental health and safety issues.
• Provide recommendations to address non-compliance issues.
• Offer real-time technical assistance and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Travel to various locations nationwide for onsite investigations.
• Work efficiently with deployed teams.
• Five years of relevant experience required.
• Must have OSHA training or certification.
• US Citizenship is required.

Requirements

• Active DHS clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Experience in detention or secure custodial facilities.
• Investigative, monitoring, or quality control experience.
• Strong interview and communication skills.
• Ability to review large amounts of evidence quickly.
