Overview

ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Department of Justice/Office of Justice Programs, focusing on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.

In Short

• Serve as primary subject matter expert for contract projects.
• Conduct statistical data collection and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act requirements.
• Perform performance audits and adhere to government auditing standards.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Active DOJ clearance or ability to obtain it is required.
• Must be a US citizen and able to travel as needed.
• Master’s degree with 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s with 7 years in social science required.
• Experience with training and technical assistance programs is necessary.
• Knowledge of criminal or juvenile justice programming preferred.

Requirements

• Active DOJ clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Master’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years’ experience in social science; OR Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
• Experience with training and technical assistance programs is required.
• Knowledge of criminal or juvenile justice programming preferred.
