Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Development or similar role
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting
  • Experience working U.S. business hours
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plus
  • Must be willing to work US business hours
