Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about tech, sales, and customer engagement. This is a remote position but requires full alignment with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours.

In Short

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and website traffic.
  • Set appointments and demos for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handoff.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to increase engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and pipeline generation.
  • Stay current on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
