  • Manage client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of offerings and industry trends.
  • Conduct client consultation calls to understand their needs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to Boston 1-2 times a year.
  • Experience in a customer service or client success role.
