• Conduct reviews of solution designs and adjust as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication in kick-off meetings.

Requirements

• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience with Braze and its technology partners.
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Expertise in crafting Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
