Overview

As a Client Partner at Stitch, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within existing accounts by driving both strategic initiatives and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying and executing new opportunities for account expansion, working closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose innovative solutions.

In Short

  • Be a trusted advisor to your accounts through strategic thinking and recommendations.
  • Transition ownership of accounts from new logo Solution Leads.
  • Plan on-site client visits at least once a quarter.
  • Spearhead efforts to grow bookings within existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Delivery team for insights and referrals.
  • Utilize B2B sales expertise to negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Showcase ongoing value of services to exceed quarterly targets.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy for market expansion.
  • Gain insights on client issues and communicate resolutions.
  • Become an expert in Braze and its technology partners.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and processes.
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with marketing platforms, particularly Braze.
  • Proactive approach to identifying client needs and opportunities.
