Business Strategist - Remote

Overview

The Business Strategist role at Stitch is a unique hybrid of a Technical Business Analyst combined with a Program Manager. You’ll advise our clients on campaign program strategy, platform migration, and implementation strategy while consulting alongside other Stitchers on our Delivery team.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Marketing Strategists to deliver projects centered around Braze.
• Be the primary point of contact for project management activities.
• Utilize consulting expertise to drive work forward confidently.
• Develop a deep understanding of client challenges to create solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Find new work streams within client businesses.
• Delegate tasks and organize workstreams across project teams.
• Utilize project management tools to organize tasks.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Stay informed about advancements in Braze and marketing technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in business strategy and project management.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Minimum of 3 Braze certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.
