Front-End Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Front-End Developer at Stitch, you’ll work with our client to design and implement customer-facing experiences that unify branding across channels, enhance loyalty and personalization capabilities, and streamline digital self-service tools.

In Short

• Build, customize, and maintain scalable front-end solutions within WordPress
• Implement modern best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Own development workstreams end-to-end, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and peer reviews.
• Be comfortable pushing code to production in agile environments.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across teams.
• Work within client workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO) in a KANBAN-style setup.
• Partner with client stakeholders and other Stitch consultants to align development with business goals and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 10+ Year of proven experience in front-end development, with deep proficiency in WordPress.
• Experience with React is strongly preferred
• Strong grasp of modern front-end practices: responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and KANBAN workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A consulting mindset that allows you to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for visa sponsorship.
