• Assist in crafting Statements of Work (SOW).
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Requirements

• Strong technical depth and communication skills.
• Expertise in Braze and related technologies.
• Experience in customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to present effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record in solution design.
• Familiarity with CDPs and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage client expectations.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
• Curiosity to understand client business nuances.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
