Solution Engineer - Remote

We are looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Solution Engineer to join our team! As a Solution Engineer, you will report directly to the Manager, Sales Engineering. You will have a proven track record for getting things done and maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability.

In Short

• Work with Sales to design, sell, and support solutions to customers.
• Support Sales and Account teams with pre-sale proposal generation.
• Develop and articulate value statements based on understanding of network solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical designs and paperwork for post-sale hand off.
• Represent Brightspeed on customer appointments as a technology expert.
• Develop collaborative relationships with internal organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering.
• Knowledge of technology and telecommunications services.
• Understanding of voice, data, and Internet services.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and processes.
• Presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation.
