Lead Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Brightspeed is searching for a Lead Project Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for leading and managing initiatives that support the successful delivery of new process and standardization to our internal customers.

In Short

• Managing projects impacting Field Operations Teams.
• OCC support with system enhancements including JIRAs.
• Creating captivating & impactful presentations.
• Translating business needs into engaging narratives.
• Managing key timelines and communications.
• Gathering and analyzing data for project approvals.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Implementing best practices and methodologies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Effectively communicating project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent practical work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good analytical skills including proficiency with Excel.
• Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in a corporate setting.
• Maintain organization best practices in presentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
