Lead Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in grid automation projects to lead complex projects in UAE and other Gulf Countries, based in Abu Dhabi.

In Short

• Lead Projects in accordance with BU guidelines and policies.
• Ensure on-time delivery of GA projects within the GA framework.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive documents & records of projects executed.
• Prepare reports using internal tools such as MPR, T@IS, and Primavera.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate workplace EHS issues and ensure availability of suitable PPE.
• Manage multiple projects in different phases from planning to close out.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Grid Automation Projects.
• PMP or GE Equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience with TAQA, TRANSCO, ADNOC, and Abu Dhabi Based utilities.
• Ability to read/interpret tender/contract documentation and schematics.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collect relevant data.
• Masters in engineering or business is an advantage but not compulsory.
