• Supporting interdepartmental cooperation and processing complex requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing PM teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with project management software systems.
• Ability to inspire teamwork and motivate staff.
• Experience in goal setting, performance management, and coaching.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of the company's strategic approach to project interdependencies.
