OpenLoop is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team. This role will be a member of the Operations Team, collaborating closely with the Director of Medical Operations & Workforce Management.

Lead project planning, from defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to setting timelines and assigning resources.
Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Facilitate project kick-off meetings, manage risk assessments, and ensure proper documentation for project milestones.
Coordinate across departments, including product development, engineering, marketing, and operations, to drive project success.
Work closely with healthcare professionals, engineers, and designers to understand project needs and requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all teams.
Identify potential risks and challenges early on and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
Resolve project issues as they arise by proactively managing resources, adjusting timelines, and providing solutions.
Track project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure that the final product meets all relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and user needs.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards in telehealth services and technology.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and outcomes.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in telehealth and digital health innovation.

Requirements

3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a telehealth start-up.
PMP, or similar preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with telehealth technologies, healthcare regulations, and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of healthcare technology systems, EHR integration, and telemedicine platforms is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
