Overview

OpenLoop is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing clients in an OpenLoop service line care vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating technology and coordinating support resources for clients, products, or programs.

In Short

  • Develop and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate program objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Establish and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Webhooks and API architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem-solving skills.
