Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in systems or data engineering, preferably in biopharma.
• 4-6 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic project management knowledge.
• Experience with data acquisition and IT infrastructure.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-driven data platforms is a plus.
