Customer Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in educating our customers on the QuartzBio Precision Medicine AI Agent Platform. You'll design and deliver dynamic training materials, conduct interactive virtual sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our training aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals and online courses.
• Lead live training sessions and webinars.
• Create user-friendly documentation and release notes.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers.
• Gather feedback to improve training materials.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Track and report on training metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in training development and delivery.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with rapid authoring tools and virtual training platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the Clinical Trial and/or SaaS industry is preferred.
• Native-level English fluency.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
