Overview

Customer Training Specialists at Clutch are essential to the success of our customers, conducting training sessions and creating training resources to ensure our Credit Union customers are enabled on the Clutch platform.

In Short

• Develop learning materials, including training decks, e-learning modules, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Lead customer onboarding and training efforts by conducting engaging virtual training sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to align training resources with client needs.
• Assess existing customer training resources and optimize learning experiences.
• Become an expert on the Learning Management System, Docebo.
• Design scalable training programs considering adult education best practices.
• Analyze training effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify ongoing training opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development based on training feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer education.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to conduct dynamic training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning development tools.
• Drive to learn new products and develop a new skillset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Consultative approach to understanding client needs.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness using key performance indicators.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
