Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our training programs and enhancing the CX employee journey and satisfaction within our QGenda organization.

In Short

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Utilize various training methods for effective knowledge transfer.
• Create comprehensive training outlines and develop training materials.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to create learning assets.
• Identify areas for improvement in the training process.
• Gather feedback to refine training content and methods.
• Lead training sessions for larger groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of training and content design/development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with adult learning theories.
• Experience with Adobe Products preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of developing engaging training content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
