Professional Services Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Professional Services intern at QGenda, you will support exceptional customer experiences by collaborating with team members to provide creative solutions to project-based assignments.

In Short

• Collaborate with the PS Sale Service team to complete project-based assignments.
• Work closely with Sales Service leadership on projects related to sales opportunities.
• Complete tasks with outputs that are both customer-facing and internal.
• Understand expectations and timelines of assigned projects.
• Participate in meetings related to project planning and execution.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in creating and organizing PS materials for the sales team.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint is required.
• Document processes through visual representations and written descriptions.
• Submit hours worked according to company policy.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program.
• Ability to travel for training to the Atlanta office.
