Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Product Analyst at QGenda, you will play an integral role on our Product Team by analyzing complex business problems and designing solutions to improve product performance, user experience, and overall business outcomes.

In Short

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and customer discoveries.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for the Development Team.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for user stories.
• Collaborate with the UX team on mock-ups for UI/UX changes.
• Facilitate design sessions and user testing.
• Break down epics into stories and create story maps.
• Work with Product Managers on translating epics into user stories.
• Lead story breakdown processes and facilitate meetings.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of stories.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Experience planning and creating user stories for SaaS products.
• Experience generating UI mockups or working with UI/UX teams.
• Familiarity with agile software management tools (JIRA, VersionOne).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
