Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at QGenda, you will be an integral part of the customer success team, focusing on driving customer adoption and expansion of QGenda products while building lasting relationships with customers.

In Short

  • Oversee the client lifecycle and drive adoption of QGenda.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Build trust and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute programs to expand QGenda adoption.
  • Share customer success stories to inform marketing strategies.
  • Review customer concerns and drive improvement plans.
  • Monitor at-risk customers and manage escalations.
  • Manage key business metrics including NPS and CSAT.
  • Leverage sales partnerships for expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring customer business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years in customer/account management or 2+ years in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and events.
