Overview

OXIO is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee relationships with key customers, promoting services and ensuring satisfaction through strategic management and communication.

In Short

  • Promote OXIO services in assigned client portfolio
  • Develop strategies to increase service penetration
  • Manage clients’ SIM forecasts and revenue
  • Establish anti-churn strategies
  • Achieve sales objectives and maintain client trust
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Prepare progress reports using key account metrics
  • Oversee billing and payment processes
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with strategic clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience as key account manager in Telecom or SaaS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Experience in Customer Experience transformation
  • Ability to influence and build relationships
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
