Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at OXIO, you will oversee the company's relationship with its most important customers, ensuring their needs are met and promoting OXIO services.

In Short

  • Promote OXIO services in assigned client portfolio.
  • Develop strategies to increase service penetration.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts for clients.
  • Establish and manage clients’ SIM forecasts.
  • Promote value-added services and establish anti-churn strategies.
  • Achieve sales objectives and build trust with clients.
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain communication.
  • Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Prepare regular reports using key account metrics.
  • Oversee billing and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements

  • Experience as a key account manager in Telecom or SaaS.
  • Strong sales and customer solution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Experience in Customer Experience transformation.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Experience in leading teams for client engagements.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
