Overview

The Customer Success Manager at EDICIA will be the internal point of reference for a portfolio of active clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and effective communication.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of 250 active client contracts.
  • Organize follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies for client onboarding and satisfaction tracking.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications effectively.
  • Work with product teams to analyze usage and improve client experience.
  • Support the sales team with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Utilize tools for client onboarding and support.
  • Prepare and manage client documentation and resources.
  • Conduct webinars and training sessions for clients.
  • Monitor KPIs related to client satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights for improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Experience in training and onboarding clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Understanding of analytics and KPIs.
  • Fluency in French and English is a plus.
