Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with enterprise clients and excel in a fast-changing organization.

In Short

  • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders to understand business objectives.
  • Nurture high-value accounts for retention and renewal.
  • Onboard client senior managers to empower product usage.
  • Manage multiple high-touch enterprise clients with a KPI-driven approach.
  • Utilize reporting suite and MS Excel/PowerPoint for insights.
  • Provide marketing with success stories for collateral.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success Management is desirable.

  • Motivation to succeed in a high-growth environment.
  • Strategic mindset to drive Customer Success initiatives.
  • Autonomous with good self-management and organization.
  • STEM degree or experience with complex products.
