Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of a portfolio of 30+ commercial and enterprise accounts. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are getting the most value from our products/services.

  • Manage a portfolio of 30+ commercial and enterprise customer accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure effective use of products.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track customer success.
  • Collaborate with support, operations, and product teams.
  • Own account administration and keep CRM updated.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvements.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team for renewals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success or related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer success tools is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for customer experience.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
