• Seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join Forma's Revenue organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert and product evangelist in employee benefits.
• Partner with Account Executives during the sales process.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs.
• Simplify complex benefit offerings and demonstrate value.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive technologies.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Report directly to the CRO and influence the business's future.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of employee benefits administration.
• 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role.
• Experience in value-based, consultative selling.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
• Confidence to be an authority in client interactions.
• Experience with enterprise-level deals and complex buying dynamics.
