Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at EngagedMD, you will leverage your relationship management skills to oversee key accounts and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction with our patient journey application.

  • Contribute to process improvements within the Customer Success team.
  • Own special projects related to internal development and training.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization.
  • Occasional travel required for conferences and client sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Thorough understanding of the market and customers served.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is beneficial.
  • Mission-driven orientation and innovative mindset.
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
