You're a system-oriented Design Manager passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey application used by more than 2 million users nationwide and internationally since its launch. We continue to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to help carers carry on caring. You will have the opportunity to lead and shape our design team, building the processes and systems that drive the evolution of our product's user experience. You'll make a significant impact on patient care by enhancing the usability and accessibility of our platform.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a small team of talented UI/UX designers
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Strategize and execute the overall design vision for the EngagedMD platform
• Drive improved design outcomes through individual contributions and team development
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Implement design processes and tools for enhanced collaboration
• Champion user-centric design principles within the organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design with 2+ years in leadership
• Expertise with UX design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro)
• Proven experience leading design teams and building design systems
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital product design
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
