Overview

BlueOptima is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with enterprise clients and excel in a fast-changing organization.

In Short

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a Customer Success role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with tangible value delivery.
  • Attention to detail and goal-driven attitude.
  • Motivation to succeed in a high-growth environment.
  • Strategic mindset for driving Customer Success initiatives.
  • Autonomous with good self-management and organization skills.
  • STEM degree or experience with complex products.
