Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at BlueOptima, you will engage with enterprise clients to enhance their software development efficiency using our proprietary analytics.

In Short

  • Engage with CIOs and CTOs to align on business objectives.
  • Nurture high-value accounts for retention and renewal.
  • Onboard client senior managers to empower effective product use.
  • Manage multiple high-touch enterprise clients with a KPI-driven approach.
  • Utilize reporting tools to provide insights and value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create success stories.
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and goal-driven attitude.
  • STEM degree or relevant experience with complex products.

  • Ability to tackle complex problems with effective solutions.
  • Drive to succeed in a high-growth environment.
  • Strategic mindset for driving Customer Success initiatives.
