Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Mitratech, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on improving user adoption and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Google software suite, Salesforce, and Microsoft products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-centric attitude with sound decision-making based on client needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a client success role preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Ability to connect internal and client needs effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
