Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving customer renewal and retention goals.
  • Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with international clients and teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in Fintech or HRtech.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience in remote team settings is preferred.
  • Based in the EMEA timezone is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
