As a Customer Success Manager at Expedite Commerce, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and tangible business impact, championing customer needs and driving value through Salesforce-based solutions.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving value adoption and retention.
  • Guide customers through implementation of the Expedite Commerce platform.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to drive retention and support expansion.
  • Own renewal cycles and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Provide structured feedback to contribute to product roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with quote-to-cash processes.
  • 3 years of experience in agile project management.
  • Expertise in facilitating customer workshops and business reviews.
  • Ability to leverage AI for enhancing customer outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and execution skills.
  • Attention to detail in user demonstrations and documentation.
