In Short

• Edit a wide range of video content including thought-leadership clips, eLearning modules, product demos, testimonials, and social media assets using tools like Descript, Loom, and Premiere Pro.
• Integrate AI-powered features to enhance editing speed, streamline revisions, and maintain a consistent brand tone across video formats.
• Polish and mix audio using Adobe Audition and AI tools for improved clarity, engagement, and accessibility.
• Create 2D motion graphics and animated explainers with Adobe After Effects to illustrate product features, customer stories, and key initiatives.
• Design high-impact graphics, overlays, and lower-thirds for web and video formats that align with brand aesthetics and UX principles.
• Repurpose content across digital platforms, adapting visuals for format, platform, and audience using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
• Translate marketing goals and content briefs into detailed storyboards using Figma and Illustrator, ensuring message clarity and visual coherence before production.
• Participate in ideation sessions and contribute visual concepts to support campaign and product storytelling.
• Ensure all visual content reflects ReThem’s voice, tone, and visual standards across campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
• Support the development of a visual asset library for reuse and scalability across content teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Descript.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of audio editing with tools like Adobe Audition.
• Ability to create compelling storyboards using Figma and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools like Canva and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in a marketing or creative team environment is a plus.
