• Design and implement motion graphics templates and graphic design templates.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished YouTube videos.
• Collaborate with the YouTube team to align on video vision and goals.
• Enhance videos with music, graphics, transitions, and text overlays.
• Optimize videos for YouTube's best practices.
• Incorporate feedback to improve video quality.
• Manage and organize video assets for efficient editing.
• Stay updated on video editing trends and YouTube practices.
• Provide constructive feedback to on-camera talent.
• Assist in creating content for YouTube Shorts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MOGRTs.
• Strong knowledge of video formats and compression.
• Graphic design skills for creating compelling thumbnails.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to feedback.
• Creative storytelling skills for engaging digital audiences.
• Experience with audio editing is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills.
