Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership within a SaaS business.
• 5+ years as a field-based Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager with $1m+ accounts.
• Degree level education.
• Technical background in Internet and Security technologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing costs and methods.
