Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Deel, you will partner closely with the IT Sales Team to support prospective clients exploring Deel’s IT product suite, translating complex client needs into actionable solutions.

In Short

Work with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to identify technical pain points.
Design and present tailored IT solution packages.
Act as the technical voice in client meetings, owning demos and IT security reviews.
Translate customer workflows into proposed configurations within Deel’s IT platform.
Advise on implementation considerations across multiple geographies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for prospect needs.
Stay updated on evolving trends in global workforce IT support.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a client-facing Solutions Engineering or similar role.
Strong understanding of IT procurement and device lifecycle management.
Comfort discussing APIs and systems architecture with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Strong collaboration instincts and ability to manage priorities.
Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise clients in multi-country environments.
