Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at NeuraFlash, you will be involved in the pre-sales process for cutting-edge technology projects, primarily with Salesforce and Agentforce, helping to demonstrate and create value for our services and products.

In Short

• Demonstrate Salesforce and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers
• Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
• Gather requirements for large-scale service transformation projects
• Create compelling demos showcasing the Salesforce platform
• Create and modify Proposals SOW’s and responses to RFP’s
• Maintain lead management and forecasting in Salesforce
• Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams
• Provide recommendations on leveraging Salesforce and AI technologies
• Collaborate with delivery teams on project scope and estimates
• Drive innovation in Salesforce capabilities and AI

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services
• 2 - 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering
• B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
