Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom.
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle and pre-sales engineering.
• Experience with voice protocols (VoIP), SIP, and messaging APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
• Experience with backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Fluent in German.
