Solutions Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Serve as the primary technical partner for strategic prospects and customers.
• Drive complex technical engagements through demos, migrations, and integrations.
• Showcase product value to prospects and architect tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop training materials.
• Act as a technical resource for high-priority accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar role at a SaaS company.
• Strong experience with OAuth2, GraphQL, and data migrations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
• Experience with GitHub and git; Linear and/or Jira preferred.
• Ability to build demo environments and troubleshoot issues.
• CS degree or engineering background preferred.
• Collaborative mindset with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Comfort with SQL and scripting (Python or JavaScript).
