Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Link2Feed, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and supporting clients in achieving their goals.

  • Conduct quarterly check-ins with customers.
  • Educate customers on best practices to maximize product value.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions and provide dashboards/reports.
  • Analytical skills with experience using Excel and/or PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline.
  • Proven success in meeting portfolio goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
