Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or similar role.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
  • Analytical skills with experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales quotas.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven success in achieving portfolio goals.
