The Customer Success Manager at PeopleGrove serves as a strategic advisor to customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and experience clear returns on investment through the use of PeopleGrove's solutions.

In Short

  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts and manage revenue forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative support and educate customers on platform features.
  • Monitor customer adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to inform product development.
  • Participate in customer success initiatives and workshops.
  • Work alongside the Sales team to develop growth plans for accounts.
  • 5+ years of experience in higher education or non-profit industry preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS or equivalent technology sector.
  • Familiarity with the PeopleGrove platform is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about education and student success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
