  • Proven track record of improving customer retention.

  • Strong writing and active listening skills.
  • Collaborative leadership experience.
  • Experience in C-level strategic conversations.
  • Organized and analytical with project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
