Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for overall client satisfaction and referencability, building and managing long-term business relationships between SailPoint and assigned client accounts. This role serves as a customer advocate and business consultant for multiple accounts by helping our clients achieve success through the use of SailPoint’s product and services.

  • Monitor accounts for changes affecting client satisfaction.
  • Conduct executive business reviews and identify churn risks.
  • Track customer data through Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Proactively share best practices with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding product usage.
  • Collaborate with various departments for client success.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and produce strategic insights.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Build lasting relationships based on trust.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and drive to resolution.
